We need  a US-based production support lead our client’s Data & Analytics program.  This consultant will be responsible for leading production support activities, and will drive production problem identification and isolation, root cause analysis, issue remediation process from start to finish (triage, analysis, code, test, deploy).  The intent is to build a team around this person, mainly offshore, but need someone onshore to lead that has sufficient tech depth to start in a hands on capacity.  The assumption is he/she will need to engage our onshore architects for assistance re level-3 support but be able to learn and take this on over time.

This person needs to be a good communicator, self starter/manager, multi-shore lead, and strong technically on data pipelines, orchestration, and will need to support the BI layer as well.
