The projects are a hybrid… one or two weeks onsite and the other time remote… must have both teams and zoom capabilities/software.

Both projects are 2 + years long..

Travel expenses are paid by client

There are two projects

• One in Manitoba, Canada
• Second in Louisiana

For the BA role they are focused on prior Workers Comp. experience…

The software does NOT have to be Guidewire…

Senior Business Analyst

• Strong business analysis skills, Should have gathered functional requirements, creating user stories, defining business process workflows, and converted requirements into high level design
• Strong functional testing skills. Should have defined test plans, test cases and performed functional testing
• Has played a business analyst role on at least 1 or 2 Workers Compensation projects (This is not the same as implementing WC line of business for a P&C carrier. The projects I am referring to should have been done for Workers Compensation carrier)
• Experience with any one or more of these software products for Workers Compensation only (not P&C) – Guidewire, Sapiens, Duck Creek, Insurity, and Curam
• Very good client interaction skills, because they will be working directly with client executives, leading functional workshops, etc.
• Can be located anywhere in the US or Canada, relocation is not required, but travel is required anywhere in US or Canada. If they don’t want to travel, then please do not submit them. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
