Our client is seeking a Senior Database Analyst/Architect who has strong Cognos developer experience and SQL experience. Additionally, the candidate should have a deep experience with Oracle databases deployed on a Linux platform, data warehouses, where retrieving and manipulating the housed data using ETL processing and complex SQL. The candidate should be able to quickly come up to speed on a complex database model, a database star schema architecture, and immediately contribute to development and/or support of Cognos reporting, complex SQL needs, business-requested reporting, extracts, loads, stored procedures, interfaces, ETL work, and an upcoming effort to upgrade our Oracle platform from Windows to Linux.
